Talk about transparency!
President Trump wants the world to know what REALLY happened and how this whole Russia probe investigation initially got started.
Before leaving on his trip to Japan this Friday, Trump spoke to reporters telling them he’s cheering on Attorney General Bill Barr’s investigation of intelligence officials who were spying on his campaign.
“They’ll be able to see how this hoax, how this witch hunt started, why it started. It was an attempted coup or an attempted takedown of the President of the United States.”
He continued saying,
“It’s over. There is no redo. They lost.”
According to reports, President Trump went on to describe the investigation into his campaign as “an attempted coup” of his presidency and would like to know more details about how it actually got started.
He said about the new investigation to reporters,
“You’ll learn a lot. I hope it’s going to be nice, but perhaps it won’t be.”
We’re exposing everything. We’re being – a word that you like – ‘transparent.’”
Trump on Barr declassify authority:
Should the President declassify documents or should he just let it go?
