She wanted money.
But instead, the case was dismissed because the Judge believes she did it for one reason only…political influence.
A former staffer to Alva Johnson claimed that then Candidate Trump kissed her without consent at a small gathering before a Florida rally.
She said the encounter caused her anguish and haunts her still today. In February of this year, she went on fake news MSNBC and spoke of her unwanted encounter with Trump.
Johnson was interviewed by none other than MSNBC’s Chris Hayes as she broke down in tears recounting how she felt especially after the Billy Bush tape was released when then citizen Trump was privately talking about grabbing women by the p*ssy.
She said in her interview after hearing the released recording of Trump,
So when I heard the audio (Billy Bush tape) I was screaming in my car, I’m like ‘oh my God that exactly what he did to me.’
She continued saying,
I never went back to work…I was afraid.
Here’s a tweet with part of the interview:

But on Friday, Johnson got word that Judge William Jung TOSSED her case!
Fox News reported:
A lawsuit filed by a former campaign staffer who accused Donald Trump of forcibly kissing her was dismissed by a federal judge on Friday.
According to Politico, U.S. District Court Judge William Jung tossed out Alva Johnson’s complaint, saying in his 15-page order that “the complaint presents a political lawsuit, not a tort and wages lawsuit.”
Jung added, “If plaintiff wishes to make a political statement or bring a claim for political purposes, this is not the forum.”
We respect the rights of victims and there is no justification EVER for this type of behavior in any setting.
The Judge seems to believe she is trying to make a political statement and bring a claim for political purposes.
Do you agree with the judge or do you believe President Trump kissed her without her consent?
