Crazy House Intel Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) is at it again!

Over the weekend, Schiff went on “Face the Nation” and spilled the beans about the real plan to “get Trump.”

He called President Trump an “unindicted co-conspirator” and said the Southern District of New York should indict Trump after his presidency for campaign violations.

According to reports, prosecutors from the SDNY finished their probe after investigating the Trump Organization saying President Trump may have violated campaign finances because he paid “hush money” to two women in 2016.

Here’s where it gets complicated for Libtards who will do ANYTHING to get rid of their president…

It was concluded in the investigation that there is absolutely NOTHING illegal about making hush payments!

So, there can’t be any new charges!

But Schiff can’t let it go. He wants the SDNY to re-open the investigation AFTER Trump’s presidency so they can indict him because the president can’t be touched while he’s in office.

Just like the Mueller report, this is another attempt to take down the president at any cost.

Schiff says that if Michael Cohen went to jail for (non-existent) campaign finance violations, then Trump should go to jail as well since he directed Cohen to make the payments.

He said,

[Trump] is essentially an unindicted co-conspirator — he has been identified as “individual one” as the person who directed Michael Cohen to commit this fraudulent campaign scheme.

He also added,

This means the case will be reopened when Trump leaves office, providing the statute of limitations has not run.

The Justice Department will have to weigh whether to indict the former president. From my point of view, if the evidence supports that, he should be indicted.

He is not above the law — I think the DOJ will have to seriously consider reopening the case if that’s what it requires and indicting him when he leaves office.

Do you think President Trump broke any laws by paying “hush money” to two women back in 2016?

The SDNY doesn’t seem to think so.
